It takes a lot of bravery to navigate therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space for my clients to acheive acheive their goals.
I specialize in helping clients recover from trauma utilizing EMDR and The Flash Technique. My goal is to assist clients to learn and identify which strategies will allow them to constructively manage debilitating symptoms of depression and anxiety.
